FOCUS Wales
FOCUS Wales is an international music showcase festival & BAFTA-Qualifying film festival, taking place in multiple venues across the city of Wrexham, North Wales. The festival places the music industry spotlight firmly on the emerging talent that Wales has to offer the world, alongside a selection of the best new artists and filmmakers from across the globe.
2026 will mark the festival’s 16th edition, and will welcome over 25,000 people to Wrexham, building upon 2025′s record attendance across a jam-packed weekend of events.
There’s no place like Wrexham during the FOCUS Wales international showcase festival, as we showcase 250+ artists, fill out a variety of spaces and music venues, using 20 stages, and hosting a full schedule of interactive industry panels, networking events, and film screenings, throughout the festival.

Tŷ Cerdd aims to deliver on three important aims:
- to bring the music of Wales to audiences across our nation, and to the rest of the world.
- to protect the legacy of Welsh music of the past, to nurture Welsh music of the present, and drive the development of new composition.
- to support professionals and non-professionals, performers and audiences, to perform, compose and experience Welsh music.
